Explore Edinburgh and the Highlands on this jaw-dorppingly beautiful adventure through the natural landscapes of Scotland. A chance to walk the Royal Mile and try some haggis. Ever heard of the Loch Ness Monster? This is your opportunity to search for it…

Travel by train to Edinburgh. Walk the famous Royal Mile and enjoy a free evening. Saturday takes us to the Highlands! Visit Doune Castle, location of Outlander, Game of Thrones and Monty Python. Lunch at Green Welly Tyndrum for a chance to learn about the mining history and scene of Scotland’s Gold Rush. Next we’ll take in the breathtaking rugged valley and scene of the infamous massacre in Glencoe and enjoy a photo stop at Black Mount overlooking Loch Tullafor. All of this packed into a glorious day before returning to enjoy the nightlife in Edinburgh. Finally, enjoy a free time on Sunday to visit what you choose – will it be Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyrood House or a climb up Arthur’s Seat?

Testimonials:

“Scotland is known for its vast mountains, historic cities, and rich culture. Exploring this nation was made possible with SomewhereNew, where we were granted detailed walking tours of Edinburgh as well as a coach ride into the breathtaking Highlands. I particularly liked the flexibility of stopping to take in the mountains, snap photos of wildlife, and walk amongst the beautiful scenery of the Highlands. Exploring all that Scotland has to offer would not have been possible without the expertise and planning of SomewhereNew.”
